Returns and Refund Policy

If a product develops quality issues within 7 days after receipt of your purchase, you can apply for a second replacement. To be eligible for a  second replacement, you must follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Contact us at CS.Global@infinitus-int.com to request a second replacement. 

STEP 2: Ensure your in its original packaging.

STEP 3: You are responsible for a second replacement shipping. 

STEP 4: After receiving your apply for a second replacement, we will verify the contents and your proof of purchase. We will send you an email confirming the status of your replacement. Please allow 5 to 10 calendar days for this step.

STEP 5: Once your replacement is approved, your replacement will be resent to your original address, unless you have advised us otherwise. Please allow 8 to 15  days after receiving our confirmation email for the replacement to display on your purchase.
