INFINITUS utilizes reliable carriers such as USPS, Amazon Logistics, FedEx, UPS, DHL and Royal Mail for global shipping.


Total Delivery Time:

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

 

Processing Time

After placing an order, it typically takes 1 business day to process your shipment. If there are issues with your shipping information, we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Shipping Time & Cost:

Shipping time and costs may vary due to unexpected factors like adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen events. 

Due to recent changes in destination customs policies, especially in the United States, some orders may be delayed by 2–5 days. We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

About Tax:

Customs duties in the recipient's country/region are the customer's responsibility. Costs incurred due to delivery delays, address modifications, cancellations, or returns for personal reasons are borne by the buyer.
